Joseph Patrick Wins 2024 Supernova Award

The Supernova Award represents our company’s pinnacle in individual achievement. The award, chosen through anonymous voting of their peers, is presented to the standout team member of the year by our Executive Team during the Senior Living Communities Annual Meeting Memory Gala, a night dedicated to celebrating those who excel in their profession, foster a culture of compassionate professionalism and positive leadership, and put people first, always.

This year, we are proud to congratulate Transition Specialist, Joseph Patrick, as the recipient of the 2024 Brightwater Supernova Award. As the community’s Transition Specialist, he assists new move-ins and potential Members with their transition to the community. Joseph connects multiple departments and serves as a liaison, ensuring that new members and their families smoothly transition into the community.
